And now Presenting ...

Friday night was Presentation night for Sam and Jacob to cap off their AFL Football careers. It was a fun night with dinner, (schnitzel ... Aussies like their schnitzel) awards and photos. It was at the lawn bowling club and it is funny to see the boys playing footy on the bowling greens at various points in the evening.
Here are a few photos from the evening. Sam and Jake were each presented with their actual football game guernsey's which was quite an honour. They were able to have their teammates and coaches sign them as a keepsake to take home.
We are truly grateful to the Narrandera Eagles Football club for welcoming us and for the wonderful community and team lessons they imparted through the season. We hope one day to have some of Sam and Jake's mates come to Canada time to put on an Aussie Rules Clinic in Kenora :)
